Composition:
Each 1 ml contains: Diclofenac sodium 25 mg

Properties:
Diclofenac sodium is one of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), belongs to the
Phenyl acetic acid derivatives. Diclofenac sodium has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic
Effects due to the decrease of the prostaglandin synthesis from arachidonic acid by inhibition of the
cyclo-oxygenase activity.

Indications:
Refenac is indicated for the control of pain and inflammation associated with musclo-skeletal
Disorders such as: arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteochondritis, bursitis, tendinitis and myositis, acute
Pneumonia, acute mastitis and enteritis
It is also used for the control of fever associated with infections or tissue degeneration in different Animal species

Target Species:
Cattle, pigs, horses, dogs and cats

Dosage and Administration:
Route of administration: To be injected by I/M route.

Dosage:
1 ml Refenac /25 kg B.wt for 3-5 days
Withdrawal Period: Cattle and pigs: 3 days

Storage Conditions:

• -Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C
• -To be used within 28 days after opening and store at temperature not exceeding 30°C

Pack:
Carton box containing amber glass (type III) vials closed with Teflon coated chlorobutyl rubber
Stopper (type I) and flip off aluminum seal containing 10 ml injectable solution with outer label and inner Leaflet.
